Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines how Sendout Pro (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) collects, uses, maintains, protects, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User” or “you”) of the Sendout Pro mobile application (“the App”). This policy applies to the App, all related services, including the integrated Wallet feature, and is designed to comply with the requirements of the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account & Profile Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a password. You may also voluntarily add a username or profile picture.
- Identity Verification (KYC/CIP): To secure your account and Wallet, and to comply with financial regulations (like Anti-Money Laundering – AML), we may require you to provide government-issued identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport), proof of address, or other details necessary for identity verification.
- Communications: When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any way, we collect the content of those communications.
b. Wallet and Financial Information
The Sendout Pro Wallet allows you to store, send, and receive funds. When you use this feature, we collect:
- Transaction Data: Details of your transactions, including the date, time, amount, currency, and recipient information.
- Payment Method Information: To add funds to your Wallet, you may link a payment method (like a credit card or bank account). This information is collected and processed by our secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We only receive a secure token to represent your payment method.
- Wallet Records: We maintain records of your Wallet balance and a full history of your transactions.
c. Information Collected Automatically (Usage & Device Data)
- Device Information: We collect your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer, operating system and version, IP address, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: We collect information about your interaction with the App, such as features accessed, pages viewed, time spent, and other diagnostic data like crash logs.
- Location Information: With your explicit consent, we may collect precise geolocation data from your device to enable location-based features. You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings.

- To Improve User Experience: To understand how our users interact with the App, to personalize content, and to develop new features and services.
- To Communicate with You: To send important notices, security alerts, transaction confirmations, and support messages.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information. We may share your information with trusted third parties only in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, identity verification, cloud hosting, and data analytics. These service providers are contractually obligated to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process. We may also share information to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, and to investigate fraud.
- In Connection with a Business Transfer: If Sendout Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide prominent notice on our website or within the App before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
a. Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (especially for financial transaction records, which may need to be kept for several years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
b. Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. You can initiate a deletion request through the account settings in the App or by contacting us directly. Upon receiving a request, we will delete the information we are not legally required to retain. Please note that deleting your data will result in the permanent closure of your account and Wallet.
